Although diagnosed with prostate cancer, I wasn't ready to give up sex. After surgery, it took me awhile to get back to myself, but with hard work, therapy, and a positive attitude, it did happen. I write to help me remember and share, hoping we both get some laughs along the way. AKA ADVENTURES OF A CANCER STUD. I am now writing The Gay Detective. In my youth, I aspired to be the greatest accordion player in Detroit. Unfortunately, I was a thin and lanky kind of guy. (I was short and skinny.) I could barely lift the accordion. But, being Polish, I pined to play polkas. Since today is St. Patty's Day, everyone is Irish, and I wish all of you a polka kind of day. What did you aspire to be in your youth?
