I want to take a moment and remember Annette Funicello who died today at the age of 70 from complications from multiple sclerosis. I remember her as a Mouseketeer from "The Mickey Mouse Club", her appearances on American Bandstand, and of course, her Beach Movies with Tony Avalon. She was everyone's sweetheart and will be remembered by all of us of that generation.
